What is the Cable Incline Fly?

The cable incline fly is an excellent isolation exercise primarily targeting the pectoral muscles. This exercise is highly effective for developing the upper body, particularly emphasizing the upper portion of the chest. It is commonly included in bodybuilding workout routines to enhance strength and muscle mass.

How to properly perform the Cable Incline Fly

  1. Set the cable pulley to the lowest position and attach the handles.
  2. Adjust the bench to an incline position and sit down with your back against the bench.
  3. Grab the handles with your palms facing each other.
  4. With a slight bend in your elbows, open your arms wide to the sides, feeling a stretch in your chest.
