How to properly perform the Kettlebell Bent Over Rows

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold a kettlebell in one hand.
  2. Bend forward at the hips, keeping your back straight and chest up, and let the kettlebell hang directly beneath your shoulder.
  3. Engage your core and pull the kettlebell up towards your side, keeping your elbow close to your body.
  4. Pause at the top of the movement, then slowly lower the kettlebell back down to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for the recommended number of repetitions, then switch sides.
