How to properly perform the Kneeling Back-Slump Stretch
- Kneel on the floor with your buttocks resting on your heels.

- Extend your arms in front of you, letting them hang towards the floor.
- Relax your head and let it hang for a full back stretch.
- Feel the stretch in your lower back and lumbar muscles.
- Hold the position for 20 to 30 seconds, then return to the starting position.
