How to properly perform the Pull Ups (Neutral Grip)
- Stand underneath a pull-up bar and grasp the handles with a neutral grip, palms facing each other.
- Hang freely with your arms fully extended, maintaining a straight body position.
- Engage your core and pull yourself up by bending your elbows and driving your elbows down and back.
- Continue pulling until your chin is above the bar.
- Lower yourself back down with control, fully extending your arms.
- Repeat for the recommended number of repetitions.
