What is the Landmine T Bar Rows?

The landmine T bar row is a fundamental exercise for targeting the back muscles, particularly the lats and rhomboids. This movement helps develop strength and muscle mass in a balanced manner.

How to properly perform the Landmine T Bar Rows

  1. Place a landmine attachment in an appropriate angle.
  2. Hold the bar with an overhand grip, hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.
  3. Position yourself in the starting position by flexing at the hips, keeping your back straight, and slightly bending your knees.
  4. Pull the bar towards your chest, keeping your elbows close to your body, and contracting the muscles of your back.
  5. Pause at the top of the contraction, then lower the bar in a controlled manner back to the starting position.
  6. Repeat the movement for the recommended number of repetitions.
