How to properly perform the Plank With Rotation

  1. Start in a high plank position with your hands directly under your shoulders and your body in a straight line from head to heels.
  2. Engage your core and glutes, and keep your hips level throughout the exercise.
  3. Rotate your body to one side, lifting one arm off the ground and reaching it towards the ceiling.
  4. Keep your eyes on your hand and maintain a stable plank position.
  5. Return to the starting position and repeat the rotation on the opposite side.
  6. Continue alternating sides for the recommended number of repetitions.
