How to properly perform the Plate-Loaded Neck Extension

  1. Adjust the seat of the machine so that your head is positioned comfortably against the padded support.
  2. Load the desired weight onto the machine.
  3. Begin with your head in a neutral position, looking straight ahead.
  4. Slowly extend your neck backward against the resistance, keeping your back straight.
  5. Pause briefly at the top of the movement, then return to the starting position in a controlled manner.
  6. Repeat for the recommended number of repetitions.
