What is the Reverse Crunches?

The reverse crunches are an effective abdominal exercise that targets the lower abdominal muscles. Perfect for strengthening the core, this exercise enhances stability and balance.

How to properly perform the Reverse Crunches

  1. Lie flat on your back on a mat or the floor.
  2. Bend your knees and lift your legs, bringing your thighs towards your chest.
  3. Place your hands on the floor beside you for support.
  4. Engage your abdominal muscles and lift your hips off the ground, curling your pelvis towards your chest.
  5. Pause briefly at the top of the movement, then slowly lower your hips back down to the starting position.
  6. Repeat for the recommended number of repetitions.
