How to properly perform the Sandbag - Alternating Static Side Lunges (Front)
- Hold a sandbag in front of your chest with both hands.
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and toes pointed forward.
- Take a wide step to the side with your right foot, keeping your left foot planted and both feet facing forward.
- Bend your right knee and lower your body into a lunge position, keeping your back straight and chest up.
- Push through your right heel and return to the starting position.
- Repeat the movement on the opposite side, taking a wide step to the left with your left foot.
- Continue alternating sides for the recommended number of repetitions.
