How to properly perform the Single Arm Chest Press
- Start by sitting on a bench with your back supported and feet flat on the ground.
- Hold a weight plate in one hand at chest level, with your elbow bent and your palm facing towards you.
- Press the plate upward until your arm is fully extended.
- Lower the plate back to the starting position in a controlled manner.
- Complete the desired number of repetitions before switching to the other arm.
