How to properly perform the Single Arm Chest Press

  1. Start by sitting on a bench with your back supported and feet flat on the ground.
  2. Hold a weight plate in one hand at chest level, with your elbow bent and your palm facing towards you.
  3. Press the plate upward until your arm is fully extended.
  4. Lower the plate back to the starting position in a controlled manner.
  5. Complete the desired number of repetitions before switching to the other arm.
