How to properly perform the Standing Cross-Legged Hamstring Stretch

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Place your right foot in front of your left foot, crossing your legs.
  3. Slightly bend your knees and maintain an upright posture.
  4. Slowly tilt the upper part of your body forward, keeping your back straight, until you feel the stretch in the back of your left thigh.
  5. Breathe deeply and hold the position for 20 to 30 seconds.
  6. Return to the starting position and repeat on the other side.
