What is the Hip Crossovers?
The hip crossovers are a superb mobility exercise that enhances trunk flexibility and stability. It assists in strengthening the oblique muscles and increases the hip range of motion, making it ideal for warm-ups or post-workout stretches.
How to properly perform the Hip Crossovers
- Lie on your back with your legs extended and arms by your sides.
- Bend your knees and lift your feet off the ground, bringing your thighs towards your chest.
- Rotate your hips to one side, bringing your knees towards the ground while keeping your upper body stable.
- Return to the starting position and repeat on the other side.
- Continue alternating sides for the recommended number of repetitions.
