What is the Jumping Pull-Ups?

Jumping pull-ups are a strength-building exercise combining an explosive jump with a pull-up, primarily targeting the back muscles and biceps. This exercise is perfect for developing upper body strength and endurance while enhancing coordination.

How to properly perform the Jumping Pull-Ups

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a barbell with an underhand grip, palms facing forward.
  2. Keep your back straight and engage your core.
  3. Curl the barbell upward by bending your elbows, keeping your upper arms stationary.
  4. Squeeze your biceps at the top of the movement.
  5. Lower the barbell back down in a controlled manner.
  6. Repeat for the recommended number of repetitions.
