What is the Lateral Raise Machine?

The lateral raise machine is an excellent isolation exercise primarily targeting the lateral deltoids. It's a perfect choice for both beginners and advanced athletes, offering a guided and controlled movement that reduces the risk of injury. This exercise enhances the shoulder shape for a wider appearance.

How to properly perform the Lateral Raise Machine

  1. Adjust the seat height and position yourself properly on the machine.
  2. Place your arms on the pads with your elbows slightly bent.
  3. Grasp the handles or grips firmly.
