How to properly perform the Leg Press Machine - Normal Stance

  1. Sit on the leg press machine with your feet placed on the footplate at shoulder-width apart.
  2. Unlock the footplate by pushing the release lever.
  3. Lower the footplate by bending your knees until your thighs are parallel to the ground.
  4. Push the footplate upwards by extending your legs, keeping your back firmly against the machine's backrest.
  5. Slowly return to the starting position by bending your knees and lowering the footplate.
  6. Repeat for the recommended number of repetitions.
