How to properly perform the Lever Preacher Curl (plate-loaded)

  1. Sit on the preacher curl machine and rest your arms on the angled pad.
  2. Grasp the handles with an underhand (supinated) grip, palms facing up.
  3. Keep your upper arms stationary against the pad.
  4. Slowly curl the weight upward by bending at the elbows.
  5. Squeeze your biceps briefly at the top of the movement.
  6. Lower the handles in a controlled manner back to the starting position.
  7. Repeat for the recommended number of repetitions.
