How to properly perform the Mountain Climber Stretch
- Start in a push-up position with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders.
- Bring one foot forward, placing it next to your hand on the same side.
- Keep your other leg straight and extended behind you, with your heel lifted off the ground.
- Lean forward slightly, feeling the stretch in your hip flexors and the back of your extended leg.
- Hold the stretch for 15-30 seconds, then switch sides and repeat.
