How to properly perform the One-Arm Kettlebell Split Snatch
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a kettlebell in one hand.
- Take a step forward with one foot and lower into a lunge position, keeping your back straight and your front knee aligned with your ankle.
- Swing the kettlebell between your legs, then explosively extend your hips, knees, and ankles to propel the kettlebell overhead.
- As the kettlebell reaches its peak, rotate your hand and catch the kettlebell with your arm fully extended overhead.
- Lower the kettlebell back to the starting position with control.
- Repeat for the recommended number of repetitions, then switch sides.
