What is the Seated Alternating Hammer Curls?

How to properly perform the Seated Alternating Hammer Curls

  1. Sit on a bench with your back straight and feet flat on the floor.
  2. Hold a dumbbell in each hand, with your palms facing your body.
  3. Curl one dumbbell up towards your shoulder while keeping your palm facing inwards.
  4. Slowly lower the dumbbell back down to the starting position.
  5. Repeat the movement with the opposite arm.
  6. Continue alternating arms for the recommended number of repetitions.
