How to properly perform the Seated Arnold Press

  1. Sit on a bench with back support and hold a dumbbell in each hand.
  2. Start with the dumbbells at shoulder level, palms facing your body.
  3. Rotate your palms outward as you press the dumbbells overhead.
  4. Continue the movement until your arms are fully extended overhead.
  5. Rotate your palms inward as you lower the dumbbells back to shoulder level.
  6. Repeat for the recommended number of repetitions.
