How to properly perform the Seated Single Arm Cable Rows
- Sit on a bench or chair facing the cable machine with your feet flat on the ground.
- Grab the cable handle with one hand, palm facing inward.
- Keep your back straight and your core engaged.
- Begin with your arm fully extended, and pull the handle towards your body, retracting your shoulder blade.
- Squeeze your back muscles at the end of the movement.
- Slowly release the cable back to the starting position.
- Repeat for the recommended number of repetitions, then switch sides.
