What is the Single Arm Landmine Bent Over Rows?

The Single Arm Landmine Bent Over Rows is a highly effective strength training exercise that targets the lats and the middle back while also engaging the biceps. This exercise is particularly useful for correcting potential muscle imbalances between the right and left sides of the body.

How to properly perform the Single Arm Landmine Bent Over Rows

  1. Place a landmine attachment in a secure position.
  2. Stand facing the landmine with your feet shoulder-width apart.
  3. Hold the landmine handle with one hand, palm facing inwards.
  4. Bend at the hips, keeping your back straight and chest up.
  5. Extend your arm fully, then pull the landmine handle towards your body, keeping your elbow close to your side.
