By elevating the legs, you add extra intensity, also engaging the core to maintain proper posture.
How to properly perform the Elevated Leg Australian Pull-Ups
- Sit on a pull-up bar with your legs elevated, feet resting on a support or elevated surface.
- Grab the bar with an overhand grip, hands shoulder-width apart.
- Engage your core and pull your body up by bending your elbows.
- Bring your chin above the bar.
- Lower yourself back down in a controlled manner until your arms are fully extended.
- Repeat for the recommended number of repetitions.
