What is the Cable Front Squats?

How to properly perform the Cable Front Squats
- Attach a bar or handle to a low cable pulley and adjust the weight stack accordingly.
- Stand facing away from the cable machine and hold the bar or handle in front of your shoulders, crossing your arms over each other.
- Keep your feet shoulder-width apart and your chest up.
- Lower your body into a squat position by bending your knees and pushing your hips back.
- Pause for a moment, then push through your heels to return to the starting position.
- Repeat for the recommended number of repetitions.
