How to properly perform the Leverage Decline Chest Press
- Adjust the bench to a decline position and set up the leverage machine with the desired weight.
- Position yourself on the bench with your feet securely placed on the footrests.
- Grasp the handles with a firm grip and lower them to chest level.
- Press the handles upward, extending your arms fully while exhaling.
- Pause briefly at the top of the movement and then slowly lower the handles back to the starting position while inhaling.
- Repeat for the recommended number of repetitions.
