What is the Seal Push-up?

Seal push-ups are a strength exercise primarily targeting the chest, triceps, and anterior deltoids. They differ from regular push-ups by having a wider arm placement, which enhances chest muscle activation.

How to properly perform the Seal Push-up

  1. Start in a plank position with your hands placed slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.
  2. Lower your body towards the ground by bending your elbows, keeping your body straight.
  3. Push back up to the starting position.
  4. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
