How to properly perform the Weighted Hyperextension (on Stability Ball)
- Position your hips on a stability ball, with your feet flat on the ground and your body in a straight line from head to heels.
- Hold a weight plate against your chest or behind your head.
- Lower your upper body towards the ground by bending at the hips.
- Raise your upper body back to the starting position by extending your hips.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
