How to properly perform the Alternating Bodyweight Lunges

  1. Stand with your feet hip-width apart.
  2. Take a step forward with one foot, lowering your body into a lunge position.
  3. Bend both knees to approximately 90 degrees, keeping your front knee aligned with your ankle.
  4. Push through your front heel to return to the starting position.
  5. Alternate legs and repeat the lunge on the other side.
  6. Continue alternating legs for the desired number of repetitions.
