How to properly perform the Kettlebell Upright Rows

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a kettlebell in front of you with an overhand grip.
  2. Keep your back straight and engage your core.
  3. Start with the kettlebell hanging down in front of your thighs.
  4. Keeping your elbows high, pull the kettlebell straight up towards your chin, leading with your elbows.
  5. Pause briefly at the top of the movement, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
  6. Lower the kettlebell back down to the starting position in a controlled manner.
  7. Repeat for the recommended number of repetitions.
