How to properly perform the Seated Dumbbell Shoulder Press
- Sit on a bench with a backrest and hold a dumbbell in each hand at shoulder level, palms facing forward.
- Engage your core and keep your back straight.
- Press the dumbbells upward, extending your arms fully overhead.
- Pause at the top of the movement, then slowly lower the dumbbells back to shoulder level.
- Repeat for the recommended number of repetitions.
