How to properly perform the Seated Hammer Curls

  1. Sit on a bench with a dumbbell in each hand, palms facing your body.

  3. Curl the dumbbells up towards your shoulders, keeping your palms facing inward throughout the movement.
  4. Pause for a moment at the top of the movement, then slowly lower the dumbbells back to the starting position.
