What is the Standing Dumbbell Shoulder Press?

The standing dumbbell shoulder press, also known as the military press, is a fundamental compound exercise essential for building shoulder muscles. Suitable for beginners and advanced athletes, it promotes strength and muscle growth. Besides the shoulders, it also engages the trapezius and triceps.

How to properly perform the Standing Dumbbell Shoulder Press
