How to properly perform the Bodyweight Pulse Forward Lunge
- Start in a standing position with your feet hip-width apart.
- Step forward with your right leg, lowering your body until your right thigh is parallel to the ground and your left knee is just above the floor.
- Push through your right heel to return to the starting position.
- Repeat on the left side.
- Continue alternating legs for the desired number of repetitions.
