How to properly perform the Bodyweight Pulse Forward Lunge

  2. Step forward with your right leg, lowering your body until your right thigh is parallel to the ground and your left knee is just above the floor.
  3. Push through your right heel to return to the starting position.
  4. Repeat on the left side.
  5. Continue alternating legs for the desired number of repetitions.
