What is the Chest Supported Cable Face Pulls Handles?

The chest-supported cable face pulls is a versatile exercise that primarily targets the rear deltoid muscles and trapezius. This exercise is excellent for improving posture and strengthening the upper back, especially when performed with proper technique and moderate resistance. Athletes of all levels can benefit from this exercise.

How to properly perform the Chest Supported Cable Face Pulls Handles

  1. Set up a cable machine with a dual-handle attachment at chest height.
  2. Position yourself facing away from the machine and lean forward onto a chest support pad.
  3. Grasp the handles with an overhand grip, arms extended straight out in front of you.
  4. Retract your shoulder blades and pull the handles towards your face, keeping your elbows high and wide.
