How to properly perform the Step Up With Knee Raise
- Stand in front of a sturdy step or platform.
- Place one foot on the step, ensuring that your entire foot is firmly planted.
- Push through the heel of the foot on the step and lift your body up, bringing your opposite knee up towards your chest.
- Lower your elevated leg back down and step back down to the starting position.
- Repeat on the other side, alternating legs with each repetition.
