What is the Box Jumps?

How to properly perform the Box Jumps
- Stand facing a sturdy box or platform that is at a challenging height for jumping.
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent.
- Engage your core, swing your arms back, and then explosively jump onto the box, driving your knees up towards your chest.
- Land softly on the box with both feet, absorbing the impact with your legs.
- Step or jump back down to the starting position and repeat for the recommended number of repetitions.
