How much does an extra coach cost?
Each added coach takes a seat at €29/month. You, as the owner, are free and don't count as a seat.
How do I invite a coach?
Two options: send an invitation by email, or generate a code to share. The coach joins your space as soon as they accept.
Email or code, what's the difference?
Email sends a named invitation. The code is a link you can share freely, handy to invite quickly or several people at once.
What happens if I remove a coach?
You free up their seat and they lose access to your space. Their clients stay in the team; you can reassign them. (To be confirmed depending on exact product behavior.)
Is the library shared automatically?
Yes: the team library's programs, plans and resources are available to all members.
Can I see each coach's clients?
Yes. As the owner, you get the full overview of every member's clients and can log in to their space.
Is billing monthly or yearly?
Seats are billed monthly (€29/month per coach). A yearly option may be available. (To be confirmed.)
Is there a member limit?
No. Add as many seats as you need; each used seat corresponds to one coach.
Can I join someone else's team?
Yes, via the "Join another team" option, using the invitation email or the code provided by the owner.
