What about Drive?

A shared folder is not a client space.

Google Drive stores files just fine. Giving thirty clients the right access, every week, is another story.

Permissions, one by one

On a Drive you add email addresses one at a time, then switch to “anyone with the link” to save time. Here you tick a client, or share a folder and everything inside follows.

The questions we get asked most.

What files can I import?
PDF, images (JPG, PNG, HEIC), videos, spreadsheets (XLSX, CSV), Word and PowerPoint documents, text files. You can also write notes directly in the app and add a YouTube, Vimeo or Loom video by its link.
How do I share a document with my clients?
Open the document, check off the clients concerned, it's shared. You can also share an entire folder: everything it contains follows, including files you add later. Access is revoked as fast as it's granted.
How much storage is included?
10 GB per coach, plenty to store several hundred guides and sheets. Notes written in the app and YouTube, Vimeo or Loom videos take up nothing, since the file stays with the provider.
Why not just use Google Drive?
Because a Drive manages files, not clients. You add permissions address by address, you resend a link every time, and your client has to leave the app to read. Here, sharing means ticking a client or a folder, and the document shows up in their Documents space with its preview. Keep your Drive for your archives if you like: Fit'Distance serves what your clients need to see.
What exactly do my clients see?
Only what you've shared with them, in a Documents space organized just like your library. They open it from the app with the built-in preview, and new items are flagged so nothing slips through.
Do YouTube or Vimeo videos count toward my storage?
No. You paste the link, Fit'Distance turns it into a shareable resource like any other. The video itself stays hosted on YouTube, Vimeo or Loom and takes up nothing in your quota.
What happens when I delete a document?
It goes to the trash and stays recoverable for 30 days, along with its original folder. After that it's permanently deleted and the space is freed. While it's in the trash, it still counts toward your storage.
