Coach tasks and reminders

Your next follow-ups deserve more than a sticky note.

A check-in to review, a program to adjust, a renewal to prepare: keep your actions in one place and choose when to receive a reminder.

Your tasks and clients in the same workspace.

One task, all its context.

“Follow up” is not always enough to pick up where you left off. Link your task to the client and relevant content to know exactly what you planned.

  • Link the relevant client to your action.
  • Add a training program, meal plan or check-in when useful.
  • Find that information before taking action.

Your questions

How tasks work.

What actions can I organize with tasks?
You can note an action such as reviewing a check-in, adjusting a training program or preparing a renewal conversation. You create the task, set its deadline and configure your reminders.
Can I link a task to a client?
Yes. A task can be linked to a client, as well as a training program, meal plan or check-in to keep its context.
Who receives the reminder and through which channels?
Task reminders are for the coach. You can configure email, push notification and inbox channels to suit your needs.
Do tasks automatically follow up with my clients?
No. You can create a task to prepare a renewal or contact a client, and receive a reminder. You carry out the sales conversation yourself.
How are tasks different from appointments?
A task reminds you of an action to complete. An appointment reserves time for a conversation with a client. Fit’Distance also has an appointment booking module to organize those time slots.
